Security System Service & Upgrades in Phoenix

Repairs, takeovers and upgrades for camera, access control and alarm systems, including ones we didn't install.

Commercial Security Camera Repair and System Upgrades

Commercial Security Phoenix has service technicians for commercial security camera repair, access control door repair and system upgrades across Phoenix. Many calls start with a system whose installer disappeared, along with the admin password.

We document what's there, recover or reset access where we can and give you a plain list of what works, what doesn't and what's worth replacing.

From there you can fix the urgent items, plan upgrades over a few budget cycles or put the whole system on a scheduled maintenance plan.

Before You Replace Everything

Not every old system needs to go. Readers and locks often outlive the controller, and some cameras can stay on a new recorder. We'll tell you which parts are worth keeping.

Low-voltage work has its own license classification at the Arizona Registrar of Contractors: "Low Voltage Communication Systems" (C-67 for commercial work). Ask any security installer for their ROC license number and classification, and look it up at roc.az.gov before you sign.

Security System Service & Upgrades Questions

Do you service systems another company installed?

Yes. Takeovers are a large part of our service work. We'll need access to the equipment and, if possible, any old logins or paperwork.

Can you fix an access control door that won't latch?

Yes. Strike alignment, door closer adjustment and failed locks are common access control door repairs.

Is there a service plan?

We offer scheduled maintenance visits written into a service agreement, with the checks listed by device type.

Our cameras show 'no signal'. What's the usual cause?

Often a failed power supply, a damaged cable or a dead switch port. We test the path from camera to recorder to find it.
